What is NYFW? 

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK or NYFW is a fashion presentation (Installation or Runway Shows) where fashion designers display their latest collections for the season.

Who can attend the Show?

Fashion Professionals, Media Press, and Ticket Holders.

How can I attend the NYFW Shows?

Simply purchase a ticket and pull out your best outfit.

Do I Have to be vax’d to attend the NYFW runway show?

In regard to NYC guidelines I would like to encourage if you have not been vaccinated to please take a COVID test as soon as your can. We respect all independent personal rights, views, and decisions as it pertains to the flesh that you walk around in on earth during these “strange times” & current political atmosphere. We ask that all guest wear a mask, and respect others personal space. Seating is arranged to safely distance all guest.

What dress code is recommended for the NYFW Shows?

We kindly request that all attendees wardrobe be an appreciate display of their own personal style.
New York Fashion Week is about style and are attended by fashion forward clientele, so please be conscience of your attire selection and personal grooming. Please note management reserves the right to deny admission to any ticket holder not upholding our dress requirements.

How long is the Fashion Show?

Door open promptly at 2:00pm, and seating will take be 10-15 minutes. The show will last 30-45 minutes. please arrive on time, late arrives will not be seated once the show has started. There will be no refunds to those who are not seated on time.

What time should I arrive for the Fashion Show?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of the Fashion Show. The Runway Shows start on time and subsequent entrance is not permitted.

May I take photographs of the models after the Runway Show?

At this time, photography will only be permitted during the Fashion Show, unless you have been invite back stage.

Do I have backstage access to take pictures with the models?

Backstage & VIP access is available to a select few as determined by Ontavia Roulette.

What are the different seats available at the Fashion Show?

First Row Seating this year all guests of Ontavia Roulette will be front row seating. Tickets are available for purchase.

Photographers Pit is assigned, and mainly occupied by guest of Ontavia Roulette.

Standing Room is exceptionally minimal, but also available for purchase.

Can I upgrade my ticket at the door?

Due to a limited number of tickets, seating , and VIP Guest Demand we are unable to make any seating adjustments.

May I change my seat location?

Seating is pre-assigned, thus we are unable to accommodate seating changes during or prior to the show.

What are your return and exchange policies?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. As per our company return policies, after a ticket is purchased our team is unable to make a cancellation or exchange. If the event is postponed, your tickets will be honored for the new date for the same price.

Where is the location information?

The Location will be discloses, once tickets are purchased via email. This is a private event, and would like to avoid uninvited guest.

Where can I collect my purchased tickets for the Runway Show?

Tickets are to be provided via email, and should be presented at the event location from the reception prior to the fashion show. In order to obtain admission your tickets should be clearly displayed on your mobile devise, please bring your identification and Ticket confirmation receipt.
